The Low Pay Commission (LPC) is the independent body that advises the Government on the level of the minimum wage.
The LPC has been asked to recommend the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and National Living Wage (NLW) rates to apply from April 2024.
At the EEA, we want to be the voice on this matter for equestrian employers and therefore, we invite you to complete this survey to help inform our response to the LPC’s consultation.
The survey should take no longer than 5 -10 minutes to complete. Feeding into this survey is so important, enabling you to have your say on matters relating to set pay thresholds.
We will anonymise our consultation response, but please be aware that responses could be made public.
